Manage assigned websites, separate publishing permissions, 48-hour invitations and owner previews without sharing staff passwords.
Use individual accounts
Give each editor their own account. Sharing a password makes it harder to understand who changed a page and to remove one person's access when their role changes. SheraAI Studio has one protected superadmin account and ordinary admin accounts with assigned websites.
Assign only the websites a person needs
The owner selects an admin's websites from Manage access. Assignment and permission changes save automatically. Removing all assignments is allowed; an account with no assigned sites does not receive access to another website by default.
Publishing permission and access to submissions are controlled separately. An editor can work on website content without being allowed to publish or read admission and enquiry submissions. Review these choices when adding staff or changing their responsibilities.
Use short-lived invitation links
Invitations are valid for forty-eight hours and can be used once. They are tied to the invited email and assigned websites. Share the personalized invitation privately. The invited person activates the account and chooses their own password.
The owner can copy an invitation message with emojis or use a WhatsApp sharing link. If a desktop link handler damages emoji characters, copy the message and paste it directly into the chat.
Preview an admin's workspace
The superadmin can open a read-only View as admin preview without knowing that admin's password. The banner identifies the preview and provides a return button. It shows the websites available to the selected admin; editing and publishing are blocked in that preview.
Suspend or remove access
Suspension is reversible. Permanent account deletion removes the ordinary admin's account and sessions while preserving website content and referenced images. The superadmin account is protected from this action.
Removing a website is a different operation. Website trash supports restoration, and permanent website deletion requires the exact website name. It removes the site's content, history and submissions; admin accounts remain.
